Sam Ramraj: URS Corporation

URS Corporation has promoted Sam Ramraj to Vice President, Investor Relations. Mr. Ramraj currently serves as Director of Investor Relations and is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all aspects of URS’ investor relations program. Mr. Ramraj will continue to report to H. Thomas Hicks, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of URS.

Martin M. Koffel, URS Chairman and CEO, said: “I would like to congratulate Sam on his promotion. Since 2002, Sam has been an essential member of our investor relations team and has played an integral role in assisting investors and analysts understand URS’ performance, opportunities and strategy. We look forward to his continued contributions to URS in his new position.”

Prior to joining URS in 2002, Mr. Ramraj was a Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers, where he covered the Multi-Industry and Engineering & Construction sectors. From March 1999 to June 2000, he was an Associate in Salomon Smith Barney’s Containers & Packaging research group. Mr. Ramraj served as an Associate Analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson from September 1997 to March 1999.

Mr. Ramraj, an intermediate level Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA in Finance & Investments from The George Washington University, a Master of Commerce degree from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from PSG College of Arts & Science.
