Investors plot return to UK tech sector
The survey found that 80% of respondents expect to invest more in tech companies in the next 12 months and that the remaining 20% expect investment to remain steady.

In his response, posted on Sun CEO Jonathan Schwartz’s blog, SEC Chairman Cox said the SEC would have to be satisfied that a company used its Web site “in ways that assure broad non-exclusionary access.”
