    I completely agree with Dominic. A regulatory body should not compete with other business organisations. It should either be a business outfit or a regulatory body.

    It is a good discussion. Press Release distribution services like shareholder.com or InfoMailers.com may not find it easy to compete with a regulatory body if the later choses to bend rules in its favour, which is but obvious.
