    Dominic, I recently received two proxy forms and I agree: they are poorly designed. I consider myself above average when it comes to technology and investing. I had a hard time figuring things out.

    I also agree that the bigger problem is poor online support materials like annuals and proxies. Will there ever be a day when the majority of listed companies “get it”?

    With the word “blame” in the headline, I was expecting the Broadridge document to indicate major problems with notice-and-access. That document points out some issues, but certainly doesn’t suggest a disaster.
