		<description>Dominic, I recently received two proxy forms and I agree: they are poorly designed. I consider myself above average when it comes to technology and investing. I had a hard time figuring things out.

I also agree that the bigger problem is poor online support materials like annuals and proxies. Will there ever be a day when the majority of listed companies &quot;get it&quot;?</description>
