Dominic, ironic that the use of Web 2.0 technology is the best way for a company to add a human face and touch to its communications.

To anybody that still doubts the use of Web 2.0 technology, we just surpassed 1.2 million visitors and 101 million pages on our IR community.

If that does not prove it for you, I don't know what will!

Regards,
George

Dominic -
Thanks so much for the kind words about my bear-market post on "IR Cafe." You've got a great point about using interactive technologies - not only because they're economical (although this helps), but especially because blogs and the like present a company's human face. Studying up on best practices for IR 2.0, and then implementing, seems like a great way for IROs to get through the stock market slump and set the stage for a renewal of investor interest.
