They are not at all accessible from a Section 508 compliance point of view. And still require a plugin because most browsers cannot natively read PDF files. So IR staffs should be encouraged to use Docstoc as an alternative to the Mobular Shareholder/Thomson PDF conversion option. But they need to understand that even that is still a half-assed copout as compared to doing it the right way.
