Archive the webcast promptly
Immediately after the meeting post a full replay of the webcast on the annual meeting launch page. This is a great service to people who weren't able to listen in or attend.

However, large audio or video files are not efficient or easy to use. If it's a day or two after the meeting, investors probably won't willing to sit through the entire presentation. They'll want to be able to zero in on specific sections of the webcast. So you should, at the very least, index the webcast by speaker and the Q&A section.
