get the attention they deserve on investor relations websites
and this is making companies' corporate governance
communications seem halfhearted.

IR Web Report's global research of website disclosure
practices shows that while companies have moved
to beef up corporate governance disclosures on their
websites, few are walking the walk when it comes to
offering an online record of their annual general meetings (AGMs) and other shareholder meetings.
Most companies provide no mention of their most recent
shareholder meetings on their investor relations websites, while others have significant
deficiencies in the information that they offer. Only 27% of the more than 500 companies
in our global survey had adequate annual
meeting pages on their IR websites.
