3. Break up webcasts into sections.
The typical earnings call runs to around 60 minutes, annual meetings substantially longer and analyst days, well, all day and even several days. You can't expect people to listen to the entire event to obtain information that has little opportunistic value.

It is best to segment webcasts by speaker and have the question and answer session in a separate file as well. Some companies go a step further by providing a separate file of each section of the prepared remarks and of each question, enabling people to zero in on a particular issue or topic.
