we protect your privacy

Safeguarding personally identifiable
information
All personally identifiable information you provide
through this site is regarded as strictly confidential.
We do not sell, share or rent any personal information
you provide to us by signing up to receive our periodic
email alerts or when you purchase a service or product
from us.
We use third-party services such as FeedBurner for email alerts and the PayPal
electronic payment system for online purchases. These services have their own
privacy policies that we have reviewed and believe conform
to our own standards. You can review them yourself by
visiting the links we've provided above.
To protect your privacy, we believe in collecting the
bare minimum of personally identifiable information
necessary to provide you with the services you want.
The only information bits we collect and store about you are:
- First and last names of people who purchase products on this site.
- Email addresses of people who purchase products on this site, or who sign up to receive
email alerts from us.
The third-party services we use for email alerts and
payment processing may require and collect additional information
from users of this site, including mailing addresses,
telephone numbers and payment information. We do not
collect, store or have any way to access the additional information
you provide to these third parties.
Correspondence you send
to us
Any email or other written correspondence you send to us
is treated as confidential. If we want to publish your written correspondence to us via email or other method, we will always ask your permission first. The only exceptions to this are public relations materials and lawyers' letters, which we reserve the right to publish in full. If you don't want them published, don't send them to us.
This site supports commenting on some articles. By submitting a comment, you are agreeing to it being published on this site. Don't use the commenting forms to submit private correspondence to us because your comment is likely to be published for anyone to see. That should be obvious, but you'll be amazed how many people do this.
Site traffic data
We keep track of activity on this website and compile
reports on site usage for internal management purposes.
We use these reports to judge the effectiveness of the
site based on the number of people visiting the site,
how long they stay on average, and which articles or
pages they visit most often. We also monitor which sites
are linking to this site as a way to monitor the effectiveness
of our profile-building activities.
The site traffic data we collect does not personally
identify users of this site. However, you should be aware that any website you visit is able to determine the IP address through which you access the Internet. The IP address can be used to track the organization for which you work or which you use to access the Internet.
If you do not want your IP address to be recorded, you can use a proxy server that will hide your true IP address. However, if we notice unusual activity from a proxy server, such as excessive use or attempts to hack into our system, we may take steps to block you from using this site.
We do not use cookies or
other technologies to identify or gather personal web use information
about users of this site. However, we do use cookies to track aggregate information about users of this site. The cookies are from Google and Feedburner and not from us directly.
We personally take our own privacy on the Web seriously and assure you that we will always treat you the way we expect to be treated. If you have any questions about your privacy while
using IR Web Report, please
